Comedy Movies You Recommended Poll!

Hello! First off, last weeks poll winner was The Silence of The Lambs, which will be released in 2 weeks, right after This is Spinal Tap!

This week we've pulled a few suggestions from that poll we did earlier, where we asked each of you to suggest 2 movies. There were so many recommendations, so we'll make a couple polls using them, and we're starting it off with comedy!

This poll is also a bit different in that you can vote multiple times, so you get your 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks. We've never done it this way before, so hopefully it works... if not, we can always repost the poll the regular way haha. Thank you all so much for helping us pick watch to watch next!

Ooo yes! That sounds like a fun movie haha

Chandra

So I've heard! I know it's a pretty famous older movie, so I'd love to watch it for the channel one day!

Chandra

If you like Carell, then you two will probably enjoy Crazy Stupid Love. Keep it on your radar if you haven't seen it yet.

Noah Vogt

It probably won't win because I've never met anyone who has seen it born after the 80's; but I can't wait to see how it does 😁

Ronny Boss

Airplane! (1980) is another comedy must-watch

JM63

Oooo I like funny! I also love Steve Carell... we watched The Office a while back and he was my favourite!

Chandra

Wow! And here I'd never even heard of it until it was recommended!

Chandra

I'd be really excited to see it! Lots of people talk about how much they love it :) That said, I'm excited to see any of the movies on this poll!

Chandra

We'll be putting Dragonslayer on one of our next polls!

Chandra

I believe that Ferris Bueller ‘s Day Off is an iconic film and is right next to Back to the Future trilogy, so I recommend you guys to watch it soon.

Silver Linings Playbook. Best rom-com/dramedy ever. Imho.

schizophrenia

This was a tough one. I voted 40 Year Old Virgin, as I think it is the funniest watch, but Ferris Bueller almost got the nod since it had the bigger cultural impact.

Noah Vogt

I voted for Silver Linings Playbook. 40 Year Old Virgin is better, but I've seen that reaction too many times. A reaction I haven't seen everyone do is Dragonslayer. An amazing 80s Fantasy film that is flying under every channels radar

Ronny Boss

We just watched This is Spinal Tap and let me tell you, it was a real hoot of a time haha

Chandra

I can't wait for This Is Spinal Tap and The Silence of the Lambs 🍿

John Colson

These are all great, but as Canadians, the only choice is Team America :)
