Oh she is a regular girl who works out. I imagine the meta human girls in the school get a lot of attention for their large muscular bodies so its likely a large number of regular girls would work out a lot to get some of that attention.

I imagine most of the normal students at the school probably weight train or are highly athletic, just to try to keep up with the metahumans.
