Let's Watch - Little Nemo

Been a while! A lot of people were asking what happened to this series and why it disappeared. The main reason is due to how busy I have become with other more important tasks and also the challenge of editing and uploading the videos without getting hit with copyright claims and blocks

There is a very good chance that I might officially halt uploading the Let's Watch vids to my main channel and just upload them to my 2nd channel instead but for the time being, I think it makes sense to make the video available to watch here on Patreon!

For the record, this will be an experiment and I am sure that we will find ways to refine the process but for the time being, enjoy the return of Let's Watch with a viewing of Little Nemo. Enjoy!

Comments

I was fortunate enough to be able to check out the livestream featuring this Let's Watch, but it's extra ultra cool that we Patrons get to check it out for ourselves. The Let's Watches are pretty neat-and oftentimes end up being quite a bit better than the movies you guys watch-though I understand that with your increasingly-busy schedule and the concerns that the Let's Watches could be affected by copyright-related issues, the series has become all but entirely dead on your channel (not counting the Best of LW compilation, the last proper LW was the Delgo one over a year-and-a-half ago). Thus, making the LWs as Patreon-exclusives-at least for the time being-is a good idea, and a neat way for people to either catch up with the LW if they missed it or watch it for a second time if they caught it live like I did. And what a movie to start this new direction for the Let's Watch series: Little Nemo was a childhood favorite of mine from back in the day. I must've been around eight years old when I first saw it on home video back in 1993. It's been some twenty years since the last time I saw it, and rewatching it with you guys, I see that the movie still holds up and deserves the cult classic status it has received as the years have gone by. From the stellar animation to the presence of talented voice actors to the memorable characters (Flip is the King of Sus, I tell you what), this movie is still quite an enjoyable experience. It has its flaws and can get super weird at times, but I still enjoy it for what it is. That the movie saw the light of day at all (it was in development hell for quite some time) is nothing short of miraculous, and I credit the people behind the movie for helping to make my childhood the memorable experience it was. On a side note, it would be pretty neat to see you cover this movie on your channel sometime, though whether or not you do is completely up to you! Of course, the commentary from you and your buddies is the icing on an already super sweet cake. You guys always come up with the wittiest comments while watching these movies. I'm glad they could come along for the crazy ride. It'll be neat to see what other movies-good or bad-you can do Let's Watches on next. I hope you're having a good Sunday, Saber. Thanks for the Let's Watch, and I'll be back soon to accompany you on your trip to Bible Town! You can bet I'll race to see that video whenever it's ready. See you real soon! =)
