100 Diseases

As some of you may know, i started a disease supplement for 5e back in december/january. I stopped developing it in March because of the Covid-19 outbreak. It just didn't feel respectful. I already finished a couple of chapters, one of them was a d100 of diseases. Regardless of the current state of the world,I still would like to publish them here.
My advice when using diseases in your games is to not use diseases taken from the real world. A personal experience with an actual disease may very well negatively impact a player’s gaming experience at the table. Please talk to your players about using diseases in your game before implementing them in your game. Especially now we are in a pandemic. Be mindful.
