New secret project alert:

"SEN" (Starry Eyed Ninja) / (Sparkly Eyed Ninja)

Gonna be a SHORT COMIC! About 8 pages.

Basically, I'm a bit stopped up on my bigger projects (Gunbrain, Sharknife), so doing something SHORT like this is gonna be good to get the flow flowing again.

"SEN" is a short story for a comics anthology coming out later this year. (i'll tell ya which one later)

It's about a ninja and his two allies attempting to usurp the reign of a slumbering vampire king.

Cool as that sounds, it gets even cooler: It's a prequel story to PINAPL! This actually shows the birthing of the actual titular PINAPL. And plants some seeds of mystery, etc.

So this comic is gonna be a fun double whammy as a new quick comics project for a cool anthology, and kick start more PINAPL content here on the REYYYTREON!

He is a starry eyed ninja, he has lil stars in his eyes:

His headgear is inspired by Hanzo from Samurai Shodown, a bit of Sylvie Loki from LOKI, and his long ponytail hair is also inspired by another Samsho character; Genjuro.

He's a character that's been stewing in the ether of my mind for many years. I need to make more SHORT comic stories, too, so this is good to finally get out.

I'm actually working on TWO short comics stories this month. You will see updates about both!
