This time my delay on the Friday post is a damn good one, as you might know already! More details are below.
Sapphire Safari
So when we first started working on Sapphire Safari I will admit that the mechanics surrounding how the horizontal tango occurs was a bit of a mystery. When we made the move over to the open-world gameplay style those mechanics kinda fell into place. With freedom of movement comes freedom of control, and more player interaction and input. This week we have started to crack into the mechanisms of the onkiebonkie, right now this means a lot of base animations need to be done, pinching, slapping, grabbing, etc. A lot of simple movements like breathing, bottoming out, skin ripples, hip movements, facial expressions. The actual mechanics part is quite interesting, the way it was described to me was to imagine a series of targets that lock tools and hands into particular animations, and then you add a spline to those targets. From there you simply blend all the animations I mentioned above, together. Creating a dynamic animation system and ultimate freedoms. Our development staff is still building it, so I am excited to see it for myself.
Elewder
The last patch for Elewder gave way to three new floors and a new boss added to the mix, I am happy to report that the October patch will feature an additional 9 new floors for a total of 15, 3 new bosses and biomes for a total of 5, and our brand new amazing user interface designs! We are all that much closer to our beta release, version 0.1.0 is gonna be amazing. Lots more to do, but we are aiming to hit October 27th as our release date for the build. Normally we would sling it out on the first of the month, but I really want this patch to be a big one!
Under Contract
The updates for this game are constant, we are almost at the point we can release our first supporter build of the game. We are mostly finishing off the required art to make that possible and building in the missing mechanical components. Music is also growing for the game at a decent rate, it should be amazing once we can get it all together.

We have worked really hard to get to this point but going forward we should see monthly builds of this game coming out! Exciting!
