Governor's Residence

Governor Ezra Astallon is a man of obscene wealth. Most assume it is old money, the kind that only exists through noble lineage and inheritance. However certain members of the upper houses whisper that his title is bought and the money ill gotten, although this tends to reek of little more than jealousy. Ezra is well favoured by the Dorran family, and was recently given the role of Governor by the new Emperor herself. Opportunities that many would kill for seem to just fall into his lap.

Certainly Astallon is friendly with numerous members of the lower classes, some of whom may be less than perfectly law abiding, but he is a vivacious and gregarious fellow, overtly friendly with everyone. In particular he is well known among the city’s bards and performers as Astallon loves to share his wealth, putting on regular private shows in the grand ballroom he built within his own estate. The performances are always of the highest calibre, and the after parties legendary. No one who receives an invite turns it down.

Hideouts & Lairs

Dryad's Lair

This Great tree in the heart of the forest is bonded by a trio of Dryads. Few make it this deep into the woodlands but any who do would find themselves overcome by feelings of delight and carelessness. While this may seem to be a boon offered by the dryads, it is intended to lull any would be trespassers into lowering their guard.

Into the Wilds

Fey Realm 02

Treetop Pavillion - Suspended high above the forest floor and invisible from below, these walkways and small structures are almost a part of the trees themselves. Most who pass through the forest don't even know of their existence, and for those 'invited' above they often end up wishing they didn't.
Giant Tree Branch - The great tree of life soars high above the clouds. Branches large enough to support entire cities wind back and forth. The lower limbs are home to a variety of wildlife, some of it incredibly dangerous and territorial. Those living above encourage their existence as a way to deter any are foolish enough to try the climb.
Midnight Portal Ruins - These portal nexuses are dotted around the landscape, used and maintained by nearby enclaves to travel between overlapping realms, and usually fiercely guarded. This particular hub has been abandoned and is falling to ruin. Some of the portals still activate, but they are unstable.
Poison Swamp - This great mire of ooze continues far beyond the horizon, with no other path in sight. The sickly sweet stench is overpowering and, although only knee deep in most places, it seems to cling through your legs to your very soul.

Firestones Bookstore Interior Scene

This cosy bookstore has a copy of pretty much every book ever written, and if they don't they can find it. They also have a list of rare or lost books and manuscripts that are in demand from collectors and academics. If you can find some of them, there is the potential to earn a lot of gold!

Gideon Moongold - On a busy trade street in the city of Dorran, Gideon had been running the Moongold Bakery for nearly ten years. Business is fine, but not good—Gideon makes enough to support his family, but only just. His daughter has recently fallen ill and despite the broad smile he puts on for customers, her is getting desperate.
Lorain Cartosier - In the bustling city of Dorran, Cartosier Jewellers stands as a testament to refined craftsmanship. For decades, the store has offered fine jewelry, drawing the attention of those who appreciate the exquisite. Lorian, its owner and seasoned jeweler, has built his reputation on creating and trading pieces of unmatched beauty that attract Dorran’s elite.
Tiana Wheatleaf - Tiana's Apothecary has been added to and built upon multiple times and so has a very ad-hoc appearance from the outside, like a bunch of separate buildings fell into each other. The interior however is clean, well organised and well stocked. Just be very careful what you touch in the back room, some of the ingredients have unique defence mechanisms. Tiana may seem scatterbrained but she is incredibly smart and always wary.

Shadows of the Duskbane

The haft of this impressive trident is covered in etchings that evoke the feeling of watching over the ocean as its waves move and roil. It has a comfortable leather wrapping to ease grip and the three points at the end are especially cold to the touch. Holding this trident causes illusory strands of water to wick out from it and swirl around the weapon so long as it is in your hands.

Waterlily for 5e & PF2E

Waterlilies have the magical ability to bend stone as needed, often taking up the form of a statue that was placed on the fountain. Embodying this rock form, they are able to express themselves more. They often spend time in their statue form, walking the grounds of the gardens they inhabit or talking with the guests of the gardens about why they are present.
