You can see what is in each CR set here - https://5thsrd.org/gamemaster_rules/monster_indexes/monsters_by_cr/ If you are looking for a particular token you can press ctrl/cmd + f on the page and search for it. I also tag all of the packs with the creatures that are in them so you can search in the search field at the top of my patreon feed.
