September Sun - necklace merch options

Since the AMAZON STORE is officially running without much problems (there are kits and LYTD books still available!), we can finally start thinking on the next products! (BTW, please leave your review, its a huge boost! *-*)
And it is the September Sun necklace! The duo was designed by my sister Elissa since day one to be sold as merch eventually.
So, there are a few things we need to define. We have produced a raw "prototype" of the necklace, but there are a lot of options, and of couse i would like to know what you like best!
So, if you would purchase the necklace (oh it will be made in silver and the golden parts will be gold-plated! ....and in the middle, its a synthetic moonstone!), ...........you would like to buy:.....

The gem is about 0.3 inches diameter. Unfortunately, we cant make it smaller because it has a mininum girth in the smaller parts. You wouldnt want a weak pendant, right? Cause we know its going to be used a lot 😆

It’s not possible to wear the 2 chains together because there isn’t enough space at the handles. The chain length will be 17,7 inches for the silver one plus 2 inches of a chain extender (total of 19,6 inches ) and for the gold plated, it will be 19,6 inches cm plus 2 inches cm of a chain extender (total of 21,6 inches) 😊. soon Ariane will release more info about it. We are all very excited!

I also think a smaller size is ideal, but I know if one of the pieces is fairly thin, it could bend accidentally and real moonstone for the center. However, I do understand production restrictions and the desire for it to be available for everyone, not just the few. I would be interested to know when an estimated release date would be (I'm super excited about this and very impatient lol). Either way, super stoked, and can't wait to get my hands on this!

2024-04-01 17:08:21 +0000 UTCDefinitely size it down a little, we like dainty jewelry! And maybe use a more dense chain. Something with smaller links that's sturdy, I've had to replace so many chains for pricey ones because cheap ones snap under light use or strain.

An option I want that isn’t up there, is the OG pair+ rain silver version. The lena gold version is not appealing to me personally. But I’d like to have the others

I used to never wear gold because I thought it was what old or pretentious people wear lol. But now I only wear gold plated because of metal allergies. Piercings wouldn’t heal with anything but surgical steel or gold plated but it’s hard to find cute things made of surgical steel. However, I know that production can be complicated. So if you can only do 1, I’d do silver/gold because it’s ~true to comic~.

I love that they will be made of genuine sterling silver and gold plated — I'm willing to pay for quality! ☺️✨ Is there a way that the pendants will click or secure together when worn? Or will they sort of dangle independently from eachother? Also, can both silver and gold chains be worn at the same time? In the photo it looks like once the pendants are together, only one (the gold, for example, in the photo) chain can be used. And finally: what will the chain length be?
