DWN-093: Grim Man
Added 2018-06-17 10:22:35 +0000 UTCDespite his ghoulish appearance, Grim Man was originally designed for actual harvesting of crops. His appearance was intended to scare off crows and other vermin from the fields he worked in. However, one day, he came across a peculiar energy source which was later discovered to be the evil energy that the being known as Duo sought to destroy. The energy coursed through Grim Man, but was unable to corrupt him. It is unknown how this phenomenon came to pass, but it endowed him with a power he dubbed Grim Matter. This power had similar energy readings to that of a black hole, and it consumed all that it touched. Grim Man was forced into quarantine to regulate and control this power. Once he went rogue, Grim Man sought to harness his newfound power in some way that he could continue his work.
Grim Man was often quite approachable, and he enjoys making new friends. In his spare time, he prefers to work on Sudoku puzzles, or play anyone at Pool, at which he is quite adept.
