Blocked patrons
Added 2022-07-07 23:31:05 +0000 UTCI had to block and unblock a few people because it seemed like the pledges were bugged and really really old patrons were still listed as active. I didn't want anyone to get charged this month for something they probably had no idea about/didn't want.
