 I have added an automated workout component to this automated speed bag, as well as a heavy bag workout, of course a jump rope conditioning sequence. The goal being to increase your agility and the strength and power of your punches.

It will also help you take a punch like it’s nothing. This should help with life to.

Not just any stamina but Kobe Bryant train for 6 hours 6 days a week stamina. To that end I have designed this to condition your body to have this capability. To go beyond what is mentioned even in order to accomplish this task.  

 It will help attract the best trainers, coaches, equipment to you. All while downloading the intuitive knowledge you need into your consciousness.  You will know this is working when you faster, stronger, more agile, and even have intuitively knowledge you can't explain having. Also, when life hits you in the face and you just laugh. Even if you don't box, or just take classes this will help you excel.
