This is designed to be a heart ache healer. It will not affect physical heart related diseases beyond broken heart syndrome.

This isn’t only for a breakup type heartache but for when you’ve just seen to much. Humans are capable of so much good but they are equally capable of the most horrendous things imaginable. Witnessing such events, knowing such events still occur, feeling powerless to stop them. It can break your heart worse than any woman/guy. This world sometimes. But we must hold the light. We must not let the darkness in. Our only choice is to shine brighter, not to let darkness win. So this will help release anger, doubt, grief, pain, fear and even mental burnout. This is release and then new fuel added to your fire. So you can shine even brighter than ever before. That even imagined or conceived. We will shine so bright, darkness will flee. Don’t give up my friends. Don’t lose hope or love. You are so strong, so powerful.

Change the world. Don’t let the world change you.

In order to ensure your heart is not broken in the future I have added some benefits to seeing peoples true nature, as they are now. Seeing there beauty but also knowing who you should stay clear from. Seeing people as they really are. Loop as long as you need. 1-2 times a day is also good. Should also help release traumatic memories and trapped emotions in the body as a result.

Side note: No such thing as a “wrong” emotion. Just how you feel and how you must deal with it.
