Automated Yoga

With physical activities the automated practice, includes an automated workout component. This is designed to replicate 2 hours of Yoga practice. The idea is to form the same amount of knowledge, skill, muscle memory and myelination of two hours of Yoga practice. Being that this is physical skill the automated workout portion of this should help with flexibility, balance, strength, breath control and other physical benefits to a yoga workout.

Once a day is enough. Safe to loop as well, but keep in mind the workout component of this, I wouldn't recommend going over 2 hours of looping this one.
