Update 74+75

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 75 was won by Armenia+ (adding level 3/4), so it will be done for this update.

In Update 74 will be added Japan+ (adding level 7 to regions Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) and updated Azerbaijan.

• Azerbaijan - updated rules/finances, added new formats of leagues from 2025/26 (Level 1 with 12 teams, level 2 with 10 teams, level 3 with 12 teams), added kits to teams that had none (practically all teams from level 3 down)

• Japan - added prefectural level 2 leagues to regions Hokkaido, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, added missing teams/cities/stadiums (to all regions), changed some prefectural championships (qualification rounds for Emperor's Cup), changed how goverment clubs work (prefectural office clubs, city halls clubs)

This week is all about Japan, some things has to be simplified again in terms of formats of leagues, especially in Hokkaido where promotion/relegation is based on multiple things. Added are all missing clubs/cities, added are some new stadiums. Again in case of some clubs there is little to none information (either they have no social media or the name of club is associated with multiple things). In any case lots of new things is added, not just things around the new leagues, there wil be bigger descriptions under update about the changes.

In Azerbaijan there is newly no limit for foreign players (only in level 1), updated are player rules, finances and formats of competitions. Practically all teams from level 3 down had practically nothing (no kits, no stadiums), so added are kits and stadiums to teams (if it is in database).

In Update 75 will be Armenia+ (adding level 3/4), because there is no real promotion/relegatino between level 2/3 it will be little fantasy because it will be added so you can go from lowest league to top league. With Armenia will be updated Iran and Saudi Arabia (if there will be time then Bahrain or UAE will be there too).

Voting for Update 76 will have Colombia+ (adding level 4) , Canada+ (adding missing leagues from League1 Canada), Bolivia+ (adding regional leagues in level 2) and Brazil+ (adding fantasy Serie E/F).
