Update 25+26

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 25 was won by China so it will be added in this update. Second was Norway so it will be added in Update 26.

In Update 25 will be added Congo, Cook Islands, China, Nicaragua+ and USA with promotion/relegation/europe format.

• Congo - added first level + cup, added kits for some teams

• Cook Islands - added first level + cup, added kits for some teams

• Nicaragua+ - added missing cities/stadiums/clubs, added youth leagues, reworked finances and player rules for each league based on newest informations

• USA - added version with promotion/relegation, the MLS and USA in general has some things configured that are hardcoded and not even in editor, so I cannot change them, I tried to bypass it and it worked, problem was that it broke another things in game, so it is what it is.
  There are two versions, there is version with normal MLS rules where is added promotion/relegation between MLS and USL, everything works normally, only the drafts are little bit confused because they are not made with this kin of system in mind, drafts normally work but newly promoted teams are not in Superdraft (they were in second year but it's little bit broken). MLS Next Pro is moved to be reserve league, newly promoted teams will get automatically reserve in MLS Next Pro and U18 to MLS Next.
  Second version is more "european" format, so no more drafts, conferences, playoffs etc, new format is based kind of on England, it looks like this:
  MLS (29 teams first season, 24 teams from second season, teams play twice each other, last 4 are relegated)
  USL (has 2-4 level, each league has 24 teams , USL Championship starts with 19 first season, teams play twice each other in their leagus, best 3 are promoted + 15 teams play playoff for last promotion place, 4 teams in each league are relegated
  5th level is NISA and NPSL, in each league is 24 teams, winner of each league is promoted + 15 teams play promotion playoff for last spot in each league
  MLS Cup became main cup, it is played by all teams from USA pyramid (teams from different nations can play it), it is played in total with 499 teams
  MLS Next Pro is moved to be reserve league, every team that plays in MLS have automatically team here
  MLS Next Pro Cup changed to be U23 North/Central American Cup, played by teams from MLS Next Pro, Mexico, Guatemala, Canada, Haiti etc
  MLS Next - U18 league, teams from USA Pyramid will automatically get U18 team here when they reach certain level in USA pyramid
  There are reworked player rules and finances, teams get more money in general from TV
  Some dead franchises were revived and put into USA pyramid:
  New York Cosmos, Puerto Rico Islanders, Chivas USA, Miami Fusion, Tampa Bay Mutiny, Antigua Barracuda FC, Bermuda Hogges FC, FC Edmonton, Calgary Mustangs
  
  So yeah more european version is complete rework of everything and it might be fun for some people, there are some things in MLS that I couldn't change (injury list , that players are no matter what homegrown in teams) that are still there even though I created from zero (so it's hardcoded)

I had lots of fun making "more fun" version of USA (at least for me it's more fun), it's not perfect but it works (I simulated both versions till 2035 without errors). There is some collision with Canadian db so I preparing fix for that, it will be compatible with all three versions of USA.

For Update 26 there will be Norway, last update for Czech Republic D4 version, Denmark+ version with added 7th level and more youth leagues, to voting will go this time something more easy to make but each choice will have two nations at the same time, so it will be Tonga/Micronesia, Chad/Madagascar, St.Vincent/Sint Maarten and Pakistan/Sri Lanka.
