Update 8+9

Update 8 will have Caribbean Cup fix which is Caribbean Shield + Caribbean Cup, additionally there will be new nations from the region namely Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti, Trinidad & Tobago, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin.
Added will be Poland from Europe too in this update. It will be avaible on monday 29.4. for early access and on friday 3.5 for the rest.
The next main project was voted Spain so I will slowly start working on that.
For Update 9 I'm planning to look at the season 2024 for Lithuania, adding Hungary and I'm gonna look at the Canada. For any other suggestion comment here.

Hi, sorry for late response, you are right it should be in Update 1 and it wasn't there, now it is in Update 1 and ver 24.4.0 is the same as 24.3.0
