New added nations and some updated ones have text file with them with information about the nation and database.
New updates are on fridays (early access is avaible on mondays) .
There are two versions of database, one is "clean" (without added new things) and one is with created new things, the one with created new things has "+" in name (example):
Lithuania (D3) - is the "clean" one
Lithuania+ (D5) - is with added new things
