Project WIPS

Various projects that I've worked on. Outlined in a bit more detail in the big text post.

Samara/Morinth model is for a commission set. It's a pretty basic model with low level functionality. It doesn't have any fancier settings or polish, so I don't intend for a public release.

The next couple shots are Morinth's apartment for the same commission. This is probably the most complete scenebuild I've done in Blender so far. It's simple but really tedious getting SFM props to Blender. Once they're ready though, scenebuilding is pretty fun. I put a lot of extra time into the shaders to make the old Mass Effect assets look as good as possible. The ability to play around with this stuff in real time is really nice. Since Blender is a modelling program, getting to edit props on fly is great too. That meant I had a lot more freedom to reshape props as needed.

Completely separate from that is the Krogan model. Left is old, right is new. This is based off of IceDev's port to Blender. I mainly tried to tune up the shaders as much as possible and I also swapped the dick model. I have plans to use this closer to the Legendary Edition release.

Last is Jesse Faden. In this state, she's not much more than pretty shaders. She needs a whole lot of manual fixing for her facial rig before she's usable. I want to commit to this project for the sake of knowledge and experience in Blender, but I have enough going on right now that she should be a lower priority. This project is on the shelf until at least Morrigan is done.
