Pixivの「決済を伴う取引に関するサービス共通利用規約改定」に伴い、

12月15日以降、FANBOXの記事をすべて非公開、BOOTHの商品を廃止、

Pixivリクエストの募集を停止することにしました。

厳密にいうと、規約の変更はまだ事前告知のみで確定ではありません。

Pixivからの正式な発表を待っていましたが、現時点でなんの音沙汰もない状況です。

月を跨ぐと支援金の決済が生じてしまうため、曖昧な状況ではありますが告知させて

いただきました。

今後は支援サイトはfantia、有償リクエストはSKEB、作品販売はDLsite及びFANZAにて行っていく予定です。fantiaはまだFANBOXからの移行が進んでおらず、最近のものしかありません。移行が済み次第また告知します。

なお、今回の規約変更は決済を伴うもののみなのでPixivの投稿は今まで通りです。

活動自体は変わらず今後もどんどん作品を作っていきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

以下は愚痴なので読まなくていいです。吐き出したかっただけ。

表現の場では「性犯罪・人種差別の助長」「女性の人権侵害」「子供に悪影響」などの理由で規制がどんどん厳しくなっています。しかし、どれも根拠が乏しく浅はかで過激で理不尽です。

安易に原因を断定せず、個別に問題に向き合い、解決策を見出していかなければ何も改善しないと思うのですが…。

主語を大きくくくり、大騒ぎして感情に訴えかけ、勢いで自分たちの意見を押し通そうとする…。まるでとある界隈の人たちのようですね。

もし、Twitterのように世界情勢も一部の人たちの思想で歪めて伝えられているとすると、なんでも思考停止で世界に合わせていくことは危険な気がします。

なので、今回某国際クレジットカードの規約に合わせて規約変更したPixivには非常に不満です。しかも実質的に表現規制をしておきながら「自由な創作を保護し、その内容を尊重することを重要なポリシーとしている」などと言っているので尚更不快です。国内では年齢制限もなく問題ないものでも海外では規制の対象になる可能性が十分にあります。Pixivは海外の基準に合わせるということを甘く見ているような気がします。

変態は嫌悪されることはあっても悪ではありません。

今後、本当の意味で多様性を尊重した社会になることを祈るばかりです。

In the future, we plan to use fantia as a support site, SKEB for paid requests, and DLsite and FANZA for product sales. Fantia has not been migrated from FANBOX yet, and there are only recent ones. We will notify you once the transition is complete.

Please note that this change in terms of use only involves payment, so posting on Pixiv is the same as before.

The activity itself will not change and we will continue to make more and more works, so please continue to support us.

The following is a complaint, so you don't have to read it. I just wanted to spit it out.

In the field of expression, regulations are getting stricter for reasons such as "promoting sex crimes and racism," "violating women's human rights," and "adversely affecting children." However, all of them are unfounded, shallow, radical and unreasonable.

The cause should not be easily determined. I believe that the world will not improve unless we carefully face and solve the many problems one by one.

They magnify the subject, make a fuss and appeal to their emotions, and try to push their own opinions through momentum.

If the world situation is distorted by the thoughts of some people like Twitter, I feel that it is dangerous to stop thinking and adapt to the world.

So, I am very dissatisfied with Pixiv, which changed the terms to match the terms of a certain international credit card. What's more, it's all the more offensive to say, "It's an important policy to protect free creation and respect its content," while actually regulating expression. Even if there is no age limit in Japan, there is a good chance that it will be subject to regulations overseas. I feel that Pixiv is underestimating the idea of ​​conforming to overseas standards.

People with unusual proclivities may be disliked. But that person is not necessarily the bad guy. The cause of hurting and annoying others is the lack of respect for others.Sexual preference is irrelevant.

In the future, I can only pray that we will become a society that truly respects diversity.
