The "Because" Wizard

Been playing Stardew Valley this last week and started a modded run. Friend and I got talking about adding NPCs through mods because the tools are out there and the concept of a Wizard who visits town came about. So I decided to revive a concept I came up with literally 5+ years ago called the, "Because" Wizard.
She will inflict growth on unsuspecting ladies for only one reason. "Because!" Because why? "Because!" She's like Wynaut from Pokemon.
Ideally art will start to flow again. This sketch started rough in the first few strokes but suddenly I hit a stride and it flowed.
Of course a drawing like this coincides with the warmest day in February (So far) ...
