Health Updates: Survived Another Day!

I don't have a ton to update on today, truthfully 😅 BUT I successfully (if narrowly) avoided my allergies MANY times in the past week! 🙌 So, no big deal or anything, but I basically survived a face-to-face with death 💁‍♀️

I mean, I did successfully avoid my allergies, even when they were harder to avoid, but that's just an average Tuesday 😂

On a more serious note, I am really just very exhausted lately and my body is pretty mad at me. Having company / family over is always great, but it also kind of sucks 😅🙈 I'm doing more to prepare for guests, I'm "on" more with company around, I'm constantly going overboard to be a "good host", and I'm overall going out / doing more and resting less. So...needless to say (🎶I'm odds and ends, but that's me!🎶), my pain levels are higher and my exhaustion is on the floor where I've fallen and passed out (not literally).

My body has chosen violence. And I don't blame it 🤷‍♀️

Not to mention that I am approaching another set of Botox injections, so the last set is starting to wear off 🫠 Thankfully, since I'm getting the injections every 10 weeks instead of every 12, there's less time between the last injections wearing off and getting the new ones, which also minimizes how severe the fall off is 👈😎👈

But I think all that, in combination with still not feeling super great about streaming again yet, has contributed to miss Myrna feeling a little more blue than usual. So I have been feeling more down in general and I'm having a much harder time finding energy and joy right now both on and off stream...but it definitely makes streaming harder as well 🫠

I am doing what I can to actively seek out joy and whimsy, and to actively remind myself of good things, and I do think that's helping a little to focus Myrna in a bit more of a positive direction. We'll get there 🤷‍♀️

So anyway...I'm really looking forward to my week off 😅 Fingers crossed I find time to actually rest this time 🫣
