Sebastian: Lastname, Firstname (like all his other contacts) / Speaker's nickname, or an affectionate nickname that he's given them
Liam/Lily: Speaker's nickname / some inside joke that only the two of you would get
Azalea: Speaker's first name / Speaker's first name ๐๐ธ
Rory: Speaker's nickname ๐คซ / ๐๐โค LOML โค๐๐
Kana: Speaker's name, followed by whatever nickname they call you / Speaker's name, followed by whatever new nickname they call you
