Weekly Update + - 4/27/21

hello and happy Tuesday!

last week was a great week! I got the next update out to my betas and patrons on Friday, and the reception's been really good! I've also managed to get a bit of writing done on the scenes that come after, and they have ended up going in a direction I didn't expect them to. But in a good way, I hope! Some of my favorite parts when I'm writing are the ones where I don't see it coming.

I also want to thank everyone for all the wonderful birthday messages yesterday!! they were all so sweet, and I'm truly grateful for all the love and support I've received!

my plan for this week is to keep writing, as always, but also to fix any bugs that crop up to get the new update ready for release! It will come out around midnight CDT on April 30th!

She turns to look in your direction, and even though you can’t see any of her face beyond the golden light where her eyes are, you can tell she’s smiling at you. Then she steps forward and merges with the tree. If you look closely, you think you can see a pattern in the knots of the maple that look like her.
