Crazy Month

Covid is a terrible entity.

I just want to tell you guys to be safe, but i will let you know what to do incase you guys get it.

try and eat 3 meals a day or how ever you do it, despite having no appetite, if it hits that way for you- everybody's symptoms will be different.  Eat healthy is what i mean and eat at regular intervals, do it comfortably...
-dark grapes
-anything with fiber
-eat plenty of vegetables
-take some vitamins
-get some electrolytes in you
-drink a lot of water- especially if you get diarrhea

anxiety might hit you so remember to do breathing exercises (inhale slowly, fully then hold for five seconds, release- do this a few more times- also calms anxiety while keeping your lungs limber) Keep your mind occupied with something good, and watch your favorite shows, reminisce, do whatever you need to do to take your mind off of the anxiety.

the most important things is
-Sleeping a full 6-8 hours, or like just rest more than normal so your body can heal and gives your immune system a boost

-breathe through your nose as much as possible, if stuffy, heat up some water if you don't have tea, or shower or some nasal spray.- i'm honestly not sure if nasal spray is super safe, you might have to double check.

-Do NOT over exert yourself during tasks, don't try to be tough, take care of yourself- you don't want to risk being a long hauler with fatigue. The virus being a respiratory illness will no doubt carry that infection into your blood and you don't want to work your heart up if it gets inflamed by the virus.
*After you test positive, no longer having the virus, its a good idea to go to your doctor and check for heart inflammation if you can afford it, especially if you do a lot of physical labor.

-have a trash can or something you can constantly spit the phlegm into, you will be spitting up that stuff a lot, so drink a lot of water, and make sure you urinate damn near clear, ya hear?

-its ok to get up and walk around if you are able to, but when its time to go to bed, I closed my vent, wore a military sweater over my regular sweater because i came down with the chills, so i wanted to help my body sweat it out. I would wake up once at night, change clothes and immediately hit the bed, so i can get my rest, i worried about the shower after i woke up, because that REM sleep is so important for the immune system.

-Lastly stay positive, mind over matter, you can do this!

On a side note, i am nearly in full recovery, i only have a very slight cough, its been 2 and a half weeks, i should be good now, and my folks who also had it seem to be doing much better. All of us caught it at the same time, sigh, we were at home when we caught it, because a coworker that had it came into the home to help a family member with some crafts without a mask- she didnt even know she had it at the time.

I don't want to make any excuses though. ill wont make a habit delivering to you guys when the clock hits 12 like i did today.

Take care everyone, ill be doing my work for april now, see you guys when i see you.
