Hey, whenever I listen to this, I actually feel a slight burning sensation in my forearms. Does this mean it really works? I also combined it with YK-11 and listen to both 4 times a day. Does this help with my wrist width?

Hey BN, I'm wondering what's going on. I've plateau'd weight-wise but have gained in strength pretty measurably. My university life-style has just made bulking difficult as I average 15K steps a day just to get to places (very large campus). My delts look larger and my arms too despite being around the same 1-2 pounds. I also look leaner. I know zone 2 prioritizes fat loss but I'm hitting zone 1 steps. Also despite being sick I just achieved a new PR of neutral grip pull-ups of 45lb x 6 reps. I hurt my upper thoracic doing dips so I've just been taking it easy also. What would you regard is a good pull-up number and weight? Is there any knowledge you know about the grips? I use body composition scales to judge trends but my body weight is 130-132lb but my skeletal muscle via on an Omron scale is like 44-44.4% Thanks again for the help.
