Could this audio potentially cure acid reflux / similar problems? I had a food poisoning 2 months ago and after that ive been feeling weak and had this acid taste in my mouth after eating and nothing seems to help diet-wise.

Hey Bn, is it bad to drink water right after you finish your meal? I had read somewhere that it is bad because it creates imbalances in the acid produced in the stomach for digestion and i had tried that for a while but i wasnt feeling that good after the meal ( i was drinking the water before the meal and that also made it harder for me to eat the food because i was feeling full ) and lately i started drinking the water ( 500ml ) right after each meal ( i try to drink between 3 to 4 liters daily ) and i think it works better that way for me. Also i eat the same foods in the same quantity everyday in order to have a stable base as far as macronutrients and micronutrients are concerned ( and it's also convenient for me to cook and buy the same things every day ) but i have checked on an online nutrient database that those foods cover all my macronutrients and between 100-200% RDA ( European RDAs i think ) for the micronutients, though a certified nutritionist told me that it's still bad despite that, ofcourse without giving a solid arguement imo, as almost always has happened for me in general with doctors. Those foods are minced 500g skinless chicken breast, 140g eggs , 300g whole wheat pasta, 50g spinach, 50g red onion, 70g red and 70g green pepper, 30g tomato paste double concentrate, around 1.5g iodised salt and around 30ml olive oil and 50g hard yellow cheese poured on top of the served food ( i cook all that in a pot with boiling water and split it on preferebly 4 or if i don't have time then 3 equal portioned meals ). While i am not crazy about it's taste, it's doable for me, for now at least. I used to eat a kiwi, like to be safe that i eat a fruit everyway as well for whatever reason, and for the Vitamin C but i think i don't digest kiwis and oranges that well probably because of that acidic taste they have and i also think fruit in general messes up my insulin because they make me sleepy ( especially mashed fruit juices ) so i stopped it and put red and green peppers instead for the Vitamin C. Other fruits just seemed useless to me based on what i saw on that database because they gave almost no macronutrients or micronutrients. I also eat a can of sardines tinned in olive oil 2 times a week for some omega3, but the foods above are overall low in omega6 so i am thiking i don't need much omega3. I was also thinking to get a multivitamin in case i am missing any micronutrient without checking them through bloodwork because i imagine it will be expensive to check all of them but i am also using Invincible and Brainiac which both increase their absorption so i am thinking i will probably be ok. Finally do you think lactose and gluten are bad despite being tolerant to them ? I had tried cutting them off for about 3 months but i didn't notice any significant difference so i restarted eating them. Thanks once more for your hard invaluable work !!!
