Attempting to reduce inflammations immediately post workout, or preventing from them pre workout, will be allways a shot in the own foot. All of products/factors that reduces inflammations (i.a. omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin C, many of liver defenders, but even cold shower) must be avoided at least 6 hours before/after training session. Explanation: the main goal of every kind of resistance training is to cause inflammations (via e.g. weight lifting), so the organism is forced to trigger adaptative processes, ultimately resulting in muscle growth. Then why to avoid them? Obiously it's good to help the organism to reduce the inflammations afterwards (by a proper diet, active regeneration), as well as taking the supplements (i.a. omega 3 fatty acids will also promote protein synthesis), however the time interval should be maintaned, so the organism can fully initiate anabolic processes at first.

Sir just a question if I may request some guidance based on your above comment - I usually take Raw Eggs, Multivitamins & Cod Liver Oil / Salmon Oil capsules post Workout ( like within half hour ) - so this could be the reason I don't get great growth from my workouts no matter how intense I go ? Shoul I avoid these going forward Sir ? I don't have anything else apart from Raw eggs as my post Workout protein but I guess they have Omega too.. should I avoid the supplements and take Eggs alone or should I avoid that too...

I would recommend to use it away from training session (6-7 hours), because of the reason you have mentioned. Reducing inlammations right after training will firmly decrease the effectiveness of training session. Thats why it is a big mistake to supplement e.g. witamin C, NAC or Omega 3 nearby training session, that is focused on strength/muscle development.

Would this be good immediately post-workout? Would love the muscle relaxation but not sure if reducing inflammation immedately post-workout is good for growth of muscle.
