I've updated the Database Editor a little bit
Fixed transfering player career mode player.
You can now offer transfer/loan to your player and accept it in squad hub.

- - Added offset cache (Live Editor should load much faster now)
- - Added missing tables from fifa_ng_db to Database Editor
- - Replaced "Transfer player" button with "Offer Transfer" button for player career mode player (in players editor)
