Good news
Added 2020-02-16 04:45:54 +0000 UTCFixed the PC. Long story short I got a new m.2 ssd to replace the old one that was have problems. Had a older bugged version of windows 10 that wouldn't run updates. Had to create a new bootable usb flash drive with the newest version of windows on it and then had to update my motherboards bio and once I did all that I spent all weekend re-downloading programs. Fun!
It's good enough now for me to get back working.
