The BS in 'BS Magician' just stands for 'Born-Specialized.' It refers to magicians who have an innate talent for a certain type of magic. Because of this innate talent, they are often among the very best in their particular field. In Haruka's case, her BS magic is 'Perfect Concealment.' Fun fact: Tatsuya can also be considered a BS Magician for his abilities: Decomposition, Regrowth, and Elemental Sight. I am not sure if they are actually name dropped much in the anime but they are the abilities we see him use most often.
