Clayman does not have his 'own Raphael' what we hear there is called the 'Words of the World.' We have heard it and it has been named a few times throughout the anime so far. It is a natural phenomenon that announces important events like the acquisition of skills, evolution, the activation of some skills, etc. When it is announcing these events, the words will be heard in the consciousness of all those involved. So at Walpurgis, Clayman is the only one who hears the voice. When Rimuru was going through the 'Harvest Festival' to become a 'True Demon Lord' all of the monsters connected to Rimuru (through naming) heard the voice because it was informing them that because of their connection to the being that is awakening, they will receive gifts.

Also, when Clayman was hitting her at Fray's castle and at Walpurgis, Milim had to lower most of her barriers and defenses so Clayman wouldn't hurt himself just by hitting her lol
