Sigalda coloring and inking test
Added 2018-02-28 00:32:33 +0000 UTCI've started inking the first of two Sigalda comic pages. There are some settings in Photoshop that I never really messed around with like 'smoothing'. Part of why I've been doing a painterly method is I've never been comfortable with my digital inking quality. With some small tweaks to my brushes I got it to a place that I can be happy with. Before I went too far with the inking I took a minute to do a color test and establish the layers and figure out what method I'd use to color the line work.
Here it is. It's a very small portion of the page. I think once you see the finished page tomorrow you'll be blown away by the quality. Let me know what you think of the coloring.
