Using Genesis 3 Poses on Genesis 8 Characters in DAZ Studio

It's a simple pose with control slider that's installed in your library. Download the tool for free from his DevantArt page:

A free DeviantArt account is required to download the files (small arrow at the bottom right underneath the big picture). Close DAZ Studio, unZIP each package into your regular DAZ Studio Library folder, as if it was content from Renderosity, then load a Genesis 8 figure and apply the pose.

You know, that might actually work with a custom action. He has only included the actual morphs, no presets. But it's easy enough to make one, then create a custom action from that and pin it to the menu. That is an excellent idea!

2021-02-26 03:05:07 +0000 UTCOh very cool. I've been doing a trick that I have to look at my notes every time I do it. Something like holding Shift down when you double click the pose to bring up an options window for the post being applied. Then you have to check a few boxes and tell it to flip the axis - can't remember the options. This looks so much easier. I'm going to have to get this installed since it's so much easier. Hmm, I wonder if I can create a script to set the G3 to G8 slider to 100% so it's easier to click the script? I'll have to look into that. haha.
