Added 2025-02-11 23:21:33 +0000 UTCHey friends -- first of all, don't be alarmed! Both my YouTube channel and my Patreon will continue operating as normal. Nothing changes there.
But after careful consideration, I've made the difficult decision to shut down my Reactr page. If you don't know, Reactr is a platform that allows you to directly request a specific reaction for a fee. And while it's been great, and I have been exposed to many great films through it, it's also been a lot of work.
Balancing my priorities has become increasingly challenging. Every month, I'm recording:
- The monthly Patreon poll winner
- The Cristy's Crew Member of the Month winner
- Exclusive Patreon content (2-3 Episodes)
- Cristy's Comments Corner (2 Episodes)
- My regular YT channel watchlist
- Reactr requests (2-3)
I'm worried that if I keep going at this pace, I'll burn out. From now on, all requests will need to come through Patreon and will be subject to the voting process. This way, I can focus on creating the best content possible for you all, without spreading myself too thin.
Before I close the Reactr page for good, I do want to let you know that I currently have two final Reactr requests that I'll be fulfilling throughout the month of February. I'm committed to seeing these through and delivering the content before end of month. After these final requests are complete, I'll be focusing all my energy on Youtube- and Patreon-exclusive content and engaging with you all through our community.
I hope you guys understand where I'm coming from. Your engagement and participation in the Patreon community mean the world to me!

When you list it all out like that, it certainly does appear to be a lot. And of course all of that is on top of your personal life and your job, so it makes sense that something has to give. I for sure could have eaiiy picked another seven or eight selections for you, but I’ll just be happy that I got the ones in that I did, and be very glad that you enjoyed them. I’m also glad that I have one last Reactr request to look forward to. I’ll definitely cherish it! I hope that you leave open the possibility that some day, depending on how things in your life are going, you may consider starting it up again. But for now, just know that I, along with everyone else in Cristy’s Crew, support you and care for you greatly! <3
