We did a study of our comics recently and determined from which perspective the episode was being shown through. We realized most were from Twilight or Spike. A lot were from no real perspective, but simply watching down with no vested interest in either. So this time we took the approach of having it from two perspectives; Soarin' and Zephyr Breeze. If this episode were from Spike of Vinyl's perspective, we would have followed them up to Zephyr and Soarin'.

This episode also shows that Soarin' and Zeph to some degree have patched things up and are still hanging out. Apparently they hang out by the movie theater? Haha, okay. This episode is going to be very important because we realized that Zephyr and Vinyl have never met in the series before. We needed them to meet for future episodes, so keep that in mind.

The last panel has Zephyr acknowledging his negative tendencies, and at least he is aware of it. Soarin' even gives him some decent jabs.

The movie posters are parodies for various things, expect for one really hidden poster in panel three for the independently made cartoon pilot for the comic series Lackadaisy. If you haven't read the comic or seen the cartoon on Youtube, well worth a watch! I love seeing aspiring creators create stuff.
