2022-03-24 01:19:12 +0000 UTCI'd like to point out in terms of weather resistance, unless we find some heavy coats or fully insulated gear which we don't know exist here, it won't make a lot of a difference. An Apron isn't much, but fire is pretty good for warmth as you can guess.

2022-03-21 01:56:20 +0000 UTCI don't know how frostbite affects boogies, but I know it can damage cells pretty harshly. Victini is known for having infinite energy, which can become heat, it also is known for scorching EVERYTHING around it with searing shot (Flame bomb in Japanese). She should have more than enough heat on her own.

She hopefully has enough heat in her to thaw out the maid and get it back on her, where that same heat will keep it from freezing again. Then we grab some logs from the workshop, get back inside, heat this place up, and get to relax for five minutes. That's also possible if we go look for her clothes, but the master of the house isn't going to keep track of where the maid keeps her clothes, and she might still be too fuzzy-headed to remember, and that's time we don't really have.
