Uzumaki Naruko Volume 4 Chapter 4

When Onoki was dismissing the legend, Jiraya cut him off mid sentence.

"As expected of a Sage. So you do know about the existence of the sage of the six paths , the first person to master the sage mode." Obito told Jiraya.

"What ?" Onoki was stupified.

"As he said, this age of the six path was the first person who ever mastered the sage mode. The great elder toad has confirmed it to me. He is the person who possessed the legendary dojutsu rinnegan. And unlike me he was a perfect Sage. Not even Senju Hashirama could reach his level." Jiraya said to them.

"I have to admit that you are quite knowledgeable even after gaining the eternal mangekyo Sharingan I hadn't discovered that much information about him.
Now let me tell you what I discovered after gaining rinnegan...-" at that moment the man revealed another whole in his mask. And everyone could see the purple eye with concentric rings inside it. The reaction of Jiraya was instantaneous. He was very shocked. After that he travelled around the world spreading his teachings of peaceful living and sharing his chakra with others.
After spreading his teachings and chakra to the entire world the Sage settled in a place, now known as the land of fire.
He had two Sons and Asura and Indra.
Indra was a prodigious child. Who invented Ninjutsu. He inherited the lower version of his father's dojutsu, the Sharingan.
But Asura had a strong body. He could touple mountains with his bare hands.
But when the end of the sage came near, he decided to choose a successor.
That's where the conflict between the two brothers started. Who got separated and created their own descendants.
Yes you are right. Indra created the Uchiha clan. While Asura created the Senju clan.
When the final moments of the Sage appeared he realised something. That his teachings might fail in future. The chakra which meant to spread peace and tranquility might cause war and destruction.
So in his final moments he created the nine tailed beasts from the chakra of the ten tails.
And left a note as the secret tablet. Who ever possess the rinnegan can read that tablet.
The tablet contained the information about how to revive ten tails and achive world peace.

But no one since then has awakened rinnegan. The method is so simple. Mating of a Senju with an Uchiha. But these two clans were so blinded by hatred that they never realised that.
But after Madara's final fight with Hashirama, He implanted his cells and chakra in himself. And when he was about to die of old age he finally awakend rinnegan. But his old body was not suitable for such powerful eyes. So he secretly transplanted them to a blind Uzumaki, Nagato. It was never his to begin with.
Then he choose me as his successor to achieve world peace.
Originally I intended to collect all the tailed beasts and revive ten tails. Then cast infinite tsukuyomi. It is a very powerful Genjutsu, that good bring a person dream to reality. With no conflict, my goal of achieving world peace would have finally been completed."
Obito paused a little.

But other took that moment to say against him .
"You are a lunatic after all. Achieving world peace where no one has their free will is meaningless. You just want to rule over the entire world yourself." Onoki snorted.

"Think whatever you like. But I held no interest of ruling over the world. But regardless of that matter, now we have a common enemy. If Uzumaki Naruko isn't stopped now then there will be nothing left to achieve peace.
That's why I propose to revive ten tails and use it against her.
