Welcome back for a new show premiere! It's PEAKY BLINDERS. This show has been around for a minute and was one of our poll winners a little while back. We are excited to jump in and see what you all enjoyed about it. I (Daniel) actually have seen a few episodes but don't recall much but this is all new to Summer. We are excited to get started with this one.
A lot happening, a lot to learn. Already in episode one we had a ton of twists and turns. This is going to be good!

By the way, Cillian Murphy's first name is pronounced "Kill-ian". Such a great cast of actors in this series. FYI, Helen McCrory (Aunt Poll) was married to Damon Lewis, the guy from Billions and HomeLand. She passed away a couple of years ago from an illness, not a spoiler coz it happened after this series ended. RIP, Helen.

I just know you're gonna be so invested, don't be scared to look up for things like the IRA and stuff like that if you don't know them because there's a loooot of historical references. Can't wait for the next one !!
