2023-11-28 23:36:40 +0000 UTCI finally started watching today, since i needed a minute to collect myself (mad dash to finish the doll, paid dearly for overnight shipping, got the message that it was out for delivery on Saturday AM - then a moment later, a “no access to delivery location” notification from USPS 😂). I was a little worried that watching the livestream would make me feel more disappointed (especially about my poor time management..) but instead I am just delighted and amazed by all of these beautiful creations!! I hope Junior Poof (as I started calling him) will enjoy being a part of this coven of curious creations once he arrives 😌

2023-11-28 02:47:16 +0000 UTCYes, that’s the one. :) It’s made from felt but sewn together! I used pan pastels for the dark spots and a steel brush to (very gently) fluff him a bit. His eyes are stitched X’s and his wee mouth is sewn up too. There are some straight pins in his back so he’s kind of a pincushion haha.

The clam light really lights up! I hope you found the switch. And the turntable actually turns. I have no idea how Christine narrowed down the winners. The Poof voodoo doll that was one of the winners was one of my favorites, as well as the gingerbread man ornament! Speaking of ornaments I cannot even fathom the kind of unique and beautiful ornaments Christine and everyone else on here would make! Side note that I wholeheartedly agree that "Fargo" this season is as darkly brilliant as ever and I would like to add that Jon Hamm is a national treasure. Happy holidays everyone!
