My guess is, next fight would be vegito and lucif vegito end, the moment he's done absorbing him or perhaps get the time rings and is about to absorf lucif vegito, this merger will happen and we will finally see lucif seeing this and lucif vegito will probably be used as lucif's vessel and our vegito will come back and fuse with goku and vegeta and possibly trunks and jiren too

That the merger wouldn't have worked, but I guess not, or it probably is butt just barely, Enough for vegito to come out. Also i would've thought Bulma or somebody would have noticed all of the machine towers that were shown from Castiel siphoning energy somehow that the z-fighters would of destroyed them butt who knows butt I know, callmearj has something cooking though.
