A COMMON ISSUE PEOPLE RUN INTO EVEN AFTER INSTALLING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY: is Vortex bugging out and not enabling any of the plugins, this'll result in having purple flames and ugly lighting if you type "coc riverwoodfaendalshouse". If you are experiencing this it's an easy fix - you must simply install the collection again (do not unistall it, merely install it again) onto a different profile. It is very unlikely that Vortex will mess up twice in a row - though if it does let me know!
