2023-06-12 09:12:25 +0000 UTCIf you've seen a prev episode (where final demon form Vegito battled Z and lost) , you would have remembered Z (and probably S too) can activate none, one or two eyes. Vegito has pushed Z even beyond two eyes to the need of wings as well. So maybe they can be a fusion, but it has nothing to do with the fact each one of them currently fight with only one eye activated. They can both activate two Seraph eyes...
