Which could also mean, the creator of super dragon balls may actually be stronger than zeno perhaps, maybe he is meditating or something in another realm and might show up. It is possible, that there may be an angel stronger than priest, perhaps who created the angels in the first place. We have not known about all gods from all realms, except the angels we know or 5 strongest. But we have heard from the 5 strongest about other gods in another realm who don't interfere, they could be stronger perhaps
