American English Accent Training Course Index

Hello everyone, welcome to my American English Accent Training Course!

The lessons are released on a weekly basis - one lesson/topic per week, with each lesson made up of 4 parts. You'll find all the previously released lessons here in this album.

Each lesson is independent from the others with its own topic and text to practice with. The best way to improve your accent is to practice repeatedly with different topics, coming back to them after several days and studying the same material again.

Week by week, step by step, your English will sound more natural and fluent, and soon you'll have a native-like accent!

Part 1 goes over the pronunciation rules to pay attention to in the lesson, the full connected reading, and the full intonation.
Part 2 is a brief analysis of the vocabulary - what words are unusual, and what might some alternatives be?
Part 3 discusses the organization of the whole text and what the general flow of ideas is.
Part 4 is me reading the whole text at a natural speed with the connected sound and intonation marks still visible.
