November Release - Full Preview!

Hello everyone! We hope you have downloaded and printed the October Release because November with a new packed set is right around the corner! This time we are searching for sci-fi leads outside of the high-tech big city and we are going very, very big with the vehicles!

West Borderlands Festival is home to the biggest hardcore country concert in the galaxy. This year record-breaking crowds will be coming to see The Angel of Sound. Everyone will be there! Well, everyone but the TCPD. They have completely given up on securing the event.

Who is The Angel of Sound? All we know is that he transcended the music. He might have had an identity one day but now he is just one with the beat. He used to make music with QB Turna (QB as in Queen of the Borderlands), the brightest star of hardcore country. But since he betrayed the genre for riot rock and started a collaboration with Jenny Silverleg, he was exiled from the Festival. But not for long. This year he is coming back, much to Turna's dissatisfaction. A lot of drama is to be expected. There is a reason QB is also called Queen Beef.

You can expect a lot of action in the "Chrome Skulls" Camp that comes to the Festival to perform heart-stopping (often literally) car stunts.  Braker, Spoiler, Bumper, Muffler, Diesel, and Spark are experts in tuning, explosive, and sometimes landing on four wheels. You can also take for a ride the latest vehicles from the scrap-tuning collection - Scrap Car, Scrap Jeep, and Scrap Van.

"Chrome Skulls" know their cars but are totally crazy. The only one keeping them in order is Liza Thorn. She tried to escape the Borderlands but they always found her. Every year she makes a big entrance at the Festival, driving through the crowd with The Firestarter. As a game, people are running in front of it trying to not get run over. They usually are.

Each year one person gets the honor to be crushed by Liza in a fight in The Dome (terrain), But other than that, she does not come out much of The Firestarter lately, even during the Festivals. She is taking care of and trying to tame the Wild Child she rescued from the Cyber Psychos. Those man/creatures wander the Borderlands thirsty for blood, spines, and scrap parts for live augmentation. Recently they are becoming a menace. Some say they might invade the Festival.

While Liza is scheming a tactical approach to getting rid of the Cyber Psycho problem, Tallahassee Cooper is taking a more direct angle. He claimed the land next to the Festival and is calling it his rancho. He shoots every trespassing Psycho, even if the "psycho" is clearly just a festival attendee that wandered off too far.

The question of where the Psychos are coming from still stands. And the problem might be bigger than anyone suspects. The military has deployed Desert Force Marines (modular) and a gigantic Sand Comber that slowly searching every inch of the Borderlands. Just a few days ago, among the Sandstone Hills (terrain) they have encountered an unregistered Vault (terrain). In the upcoming months, we will find out what's inside!
