August Rundown.

Man, things feeling pretty good.

Like no seriously, time off social media has been great so far.

Taking time to space out for a while and just being allowed to exist without this constant need to justify my existence feels liberating.

I've been spending time with Slyvia to learn some of her tricks and keep her company.

Putting into practice some things I’ve learned last month and feeling more attached to my work than I have before.

Expressions are something I’ve been wanting to work on and capture the vibes. Painting things out made some things a lot easier.

I’m having fun, so yeah, this was a good idea.

Plans:

Well for starters, I'm gonna take my wife’s advice and call every start of the month a reprieve.

Gonna warm up with some self-indulging sketches and whatnot to keep up the lessons I’ve picked up.

After the week’s over we’ll be starting on comms and finishing up the sketches for the drive.

Take some time to work on the chibis I owe yall but also pace myself to keep up the good energy.

Sketch stream:

The stream will start on August 11th-12th.

The theme this time around will be: Marketable Plushies

Winning the polls, we’ll turn your girls into plushes [shirts, keychains, what have you].

We can go with something reminiscent of the Kirby plushies, make ship T-posing plushies, Sanrio head plushies, or anything if you have a ref of what you want it to look like we can make it happen.

Conclusion:

Yeah, think starting every month saying “FUCK YEA, LET’S DO 20 THINGS AT ONCE AND NOT THING ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES”.

God, no wonder I’ve been so strung out.

Got like 3 comms left on my to-do list so I’ll bang those out in time and get a new set of people for comms. Thanks for sticking with me as always, I can’t stress that enough.
