Quick Update

Still alive, everyone! I've just been taking a little break to enjoy Ghost of Yōtei. I've been putting some work into this month's content, including this year's Halloween piece, The Box II! Almost all of the content for October is done, just gotta fine tune a few things here and there first before I safely say what we've got coming. I'll be putting out a more "standard" update on where things stand early next week, so hang tight 😆

I’ve been thinking about broadening the kinds of content I share here. One idea I want to put forward seriously is scripts. By scripts, I mean the kind of material comic artists use to bring stories to life: panel breakdowns, dialogue, and scene notes. From there, I’d commission femuscle artists to adapt those scripts into comic pages. You’ve already seen how this can work with Grandma’s Secret and Big Dog.

Sora X Veo Test

Here’s something a little different — a test to see how well Sora images can be translated when put into Google Veo’s text-to-video. The goal was simple: to see if images hold up once they’re animated.

I’ve been putting work into the next chapter of Price of Perfection. The original plan was to have it out by the 15th, but I’m taking things slower with this one — so it’ll be pushed back until it’s truly ready. No set release date this time (probably shouldn’t have set a deadline in the first place 😅).

The chapter itself is shaping up really well, and it’s one of those that deserves room to breathe rather than being rushed. Trust me, it’ll hit harder for it.

Hey everyone 👋 Hope you're all well. Popping in for a tiny update on things. I shall be releasing The Price of Perfection Chapter 13 tomorrow. I originally planned to do that on Monday, but decided to let things stew for just a bit longer.
If you're looking forward to the latest chapter of Price, consider adjusting your pledge accordingly ahead of time. I suspect the chapter will be published this time tomorrow.

Just a curious thought I had while recharging my batteries over the weekend. I've spoken about my intention to switch to a monthly subscription from the Per Creation model I've been working with since the page started. But I wanted to know what you actually feel about the change?

I had been working hard on the next chapters of Price of Perfection and Neon Vein over the past week. With them both finished and edited, I'm now in the rare position of being able to release them in any order.
