Anniversary Update News #5
Added 2023-06-24 23:10:38 +0000 UTCAlright guys, here I am with (what I'm 90% sure will be) the last news before releasing the new update!
First things first, everything art/writting related is finished, now I just need to export the pictures, program it all and get rid of any bugs... hopefully I can do it all in the next month. Usually it takes around 2 weeks for 4-6 events, so hopefully I can speedrun it.
After that being said, I'm leaving some variations of the new events along with some of the new expressions for the girls and a little rework for 2 of Liz's events (changed the MC's design to the new one).
If I finish everything fast enough, I'll try to get a better art for the main screen of the game, along with some promo art to test how much that affects the number of new players the game gets.
(Maybe I'll make another hypnotized Alice with a limp body!)
Anyways, that's all for now, thanks for waiting while I finish this. As you already know, this is the last update before I take a little rest of developing MaM.
I've been feeling a little burned out with this update, so instead of forcing me to continue, I'll just take a few weeks to draw other stuff I have and maybe upload some "the making of MaM" content (original ideas, first designs for Alice and other projects I have in mind). Next month I'll leave a poll to see if you guys would like to see that or if I should do more non-game MaM art (it's been ages since I've done that!).
Thanks again for your patience, having to do hand drawn art really takes time (compared to other creators that use 3d models).

And don't worry about bugs, I won't talk for everyone, but I know that when I'm a patreon, I accept that the patreon release will potentially have bugs, and I'm fine with it, as long as they at least get patched for the public one!

As slayer said before, it's understandable that you want to take a break. I would say that if you're feeling burnt out because of this update, maybe rechecking your agenda and planning to avoid that in the future may help. I hope you'll squash those pesky bugs if you find any, and that release will be smooth so you can enjoy your break.

And who knows, maybe when the update comes out it will be close to my birthday (my birthday is in the middle of next month xD).
