small update re: tax stuff

Patreon e-mailed me about this last week, and will be notifying affected patrons next week, but I wanted to give y'all a heads-up: they're gonna start charging tax in a few more places: Canada (other than Quebec where Patreon already charges QST), Thailand, Florida, and Kansas. If you live in one of those places, you should see a small amount of tax added to your pledge starting August 1st. Just so you know!! xx
